Kale + Bacon Chips

Nutrition Info/Ingredients

1 bundle of organic Kale

1 package of grass-fed, uncured bacon

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 teaspoons of Himalayan rock salt

2 teaspoons of garlic powder

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Cover baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
  3. Wash and pat kale dry and remove leaves from the stem. Add cut up pieces of bacon and space them out on top of the baking sheet
  4. Pour oil evenly over kale and bacon
  5. Add salt and garlic powder
  6. Place in the oven to cook for about 10 minutes
  7. Your chips should be ready once the kale is crunchy. Enjoy!
