Recipe

Wash raw spinach and add to a dish/bowl.

Throw in cut up pieces of blood orange and sprinkle with your favorite nuts/dried fruits (I love craisins in mine!)/seeds(I love putting in pumpkin seeds).

Top with balsamic vinegarette or your favorite dressing.
